Job Title: Project Delivery Lead – KSA

Salary: £54,793 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- You will be accountable for the overall performance of the Project during the Delivery Stage, with the delegated authority to make cogent and timely decisions
- You will be the primary interface for FJS (Fast Jet Support) with the Customer Relationship Managers (Service Delivery)
- You will bring project stakeholders across the Contract, FJS Shared Service and Functional team, together to deliver contract commitments including the management of dependencies
- You will execute Project Delivery for the FJS Statement of Work, in accordance with the mandated LCM (Life Cycle Management) Framework, Contract Project Management Plan and Risk and Opportunity Management
- Implement an effective Project Control System, ensuring that the related Project Management Baseline(s) (PMBs) are kept topical through the use of the Baseline Change Request (BCR) process
- Maintain the Contract delivery milestones, Communicated Key deliverables to the services & monitor progress and escalate as required
- You will manage the Performance of the given contract against the PMB & KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Confirm with Contract Teams, the planning assumptions for future work & communicate to Services, highlighting to contract teams where Supply & Demand issues may affect their programmes
- And you will launch new work into the services
Your skills and experiences:
- Relevant Project Management qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience of the whole project lifecycle, with emphasis on delivery
- Experienced user of MS Project
- Good senior stakeholder management experience
- Experience of using Jira or Confluence would be advantageous

The Fast Jet Support, In-Service Fleet team:
The Fast Jet Support, In-Service Fleets, Project Delivery Team, for the Support and Services elements of the business, predominantly focus on, but not limited to, Typhoon, Tornado and Hawk recurring and non-recurring work packages. Responsible for the delivery of the programmes and associated milestones to cost/budget and working closely with the Project Control team, Engineering Services and Contract owners to ensure we are delivering on our commitments.
As part of the team, you will work on exciting projects, in a varied, dynamic work space, where you will gain exposure to senior management, whom you will be working closely with, to deliver successful projects.
