Salary: circa £65,000 – 70,000 (DOE)

Job Description:

You will own and lead the development of our Project Management capability, driving improved programme delivery performance through the design and implementation of impactful learning solutions, structured career frameworks, and targeted capability initiatives. You’ll also play a key role in building a high-performing, future-ready PM community aligned to our evolving business priorities.

Core duties:

• Own and evolve the PM career development framework, ensuring it supports capability growth across the PM community
• Identify capability gaps and define targeted learning and development interventions to improve delivery performance
• Oversee the design and delivery of PM onboarding frameworks and learning programmes, ensuring quality, consistency and measurable impact
• Provide coaching, mentoring and tailored development support, including HiPot and succession planning
• Drive project performance improvements by analysing data, identifying trends, and executing early interventions
• Collaborate across business areas to share best practice and embed a high-performing PM culture
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimise project management practices and efficiency

Essential Skills: 

• Project management background with credibility delivering complex programmes across the lifecycle
• Experience designing and delivering structured training programmes and career frameworks
• Exceptional emotional intelligence with demonstratable background in coaching and mentoring
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
• Experience using data, insights and performance trends to inform strategic decision-making
