| Description |
23 – 27 March 2026 Work Experience students taking part in the BAE Systems programme for 2026 at Samlesbury will spend a week at the ASK (Academy of Skills and Knowledge) gaining knowledge about the Air sector through a range of project focused tasks delivered by different functions and focused around the engineering lifecycle (e.g. Project Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain etc). Teams will deliver functional based tasks, alongside delivering presentations on their work within the Air sector. As well as meeting industry experts, there will be ample opportunity to connect and network with current apprentices. As well as functional based projects, the students will take part in additional engagement activities such as site tours, interview workshops and an Early Careers networking session.
Applications to close approximately 8 weeks before the programme begins. However, they may close earlier if high volumes of applications are received – we recommend applying as soon as possible to avoid missing out. |
