Job Title: Training development & Delivery Engineer

Salary: £47,683.00 + Depending on Skillset
What you’ll be doing:
· Development and Delivery of software based Electronic Warfare training packages for Export customers
· Ensuring all training material is within guidelines and adherence to governance and contractual requirements
· Working alongside Subject Matter Experts to learn about our products to produce training material
· Some International travel will be expected to deliver training to customers at their location
Essential:
· Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
· Experience of systems based training development and delivery. (Strong IT and Training and development background)
· Certificate in Education, TAP Learning & Development Diploma or equivalent Level 3 Education & Training Qualification
Desirable:
· Degree educated in a STEM subject, HND/HNC with sound experience of the Engineering Lifecycle, or equivalent relevant experience (Systems based engineering)
· Familiar with Electronic Warfare and its products
· Experience of e-learning software packages

The Mission Enablement Electronic Warfare training team:
The Mission Enablement Electronic Warfare training team design, develop and deliver a suite of electronic warfare training packages for the Eurofighter partner nations, KSA and Qatar. These products allow the nations’ air forces to develop, test and validate their Typhoon mission data before being loaded to the aircraft.
There will be opportunity to work on future contracts from Preliminary Design phase through to delivery.
