Responsibilities

 

·         Lead the implementation of procedures for realizing DCIT Technical Training requirements for achieving “Trained Strength”.

·         Lead Training Needs Analysis, studies and participate In research, development and implementation of training programme.

·         Lead assessments and audits of technical training facilities internal and external to RSAF.

·         Manage the coordination of training management activities with other HQ and base-level functions to ensure aectJrate, integrated consistent, productive and timely training requirements are met.

·         Formulate, developing, implementing and guiding pollcies, plans, procedures and techniques to ensure effective Tra1mng management programs In meeting assigned missions and priorities.

·         Generate and review course designs, for new and changes to existing courses to improve alignment to RSAF requirements.

·         Coordinate with other RSAF functions to ensure effective utilization on manpower and to exchange on topics of mutual interest.

·         Recommend improvements for RSAF DCIT HR& Technical Training.

·         Review and recommend RSAF authorizations of technical manpower related to RSAF lnformatlon technology domain.

·         Monitor operating plans and policies for Technical Training programming and manpower allocation.

·         Prepare staff correspondence to organisations internal and external to the RSAF.

·         Developing, planning and using computer programs for the management of manpower competency.

·         Support RSAF officers at meetings and participate in design and programme management reviews.

·         Directly lead teams accomplishing manpower reviews. 

Job Requirements:

 

·         Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in administration or business management, In a related field.

·         Minimum of five years’ experience working in the field of Technical Training specialist for Information and Communication Technology domain.

·         Experience In functions such as formulating plans and policies, developing procedures for technical training management activities, analyzing training needs, programming training pipelines and directing training management activities.

·         A good all-round awareness of RSAF processes and procedures.

·         The job Holder should be SN with at least RSAF skill level 7.

·         Good written and verbal communication skills in the English language.

·         Computer literate and an experienced user of the Microsoft Office suite of programs Word, Excel PowerPoint, Access, Project).

·         Digital advisory position that requires significant tact and diplomacy working directly with the customer on a daily basis.

·         Integrated in an RSAF team the job holder requires strong leadership qualities with proven Interpersonal and team working skills

·         Technical knowledge/skills in recruitment process, and Interview techniques & training management procedures.

·         Skills in Statistical, analytical and presentation techniques.

·         Skills in General management and Information and Communication Technology Capability sustainment.

·         Proficient and thus able to work under his own initiative, often producing results under significant time pressure.

·         Seasoned professional In Technical Training management.

·         Knowledge of Software/Hardware and other Information and Communication Technology systems for military applications.

·         Saudi, and non-Saudi Civilian administration managements.

·         Training analysis and skillset management in the field of Information and Communication Technology, and Cyber security.

·         The job Holder should be SN with at least RSAF skill level 7.
