Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (Cybersecurity) to lead and deliver enterprise cybersecurity initiatives across multiple business, IT and OT technology domains. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex cybersecurity project, coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning cybersecurity project requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of cybersecurity solutions, processes in compliance with project requirements.
This role requires a strong blend of project management expertise, cybersecurity knowledge, technical acumen, stakeholder management, and leadership skills to drive project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Management
• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects from initiation through closure including test and commissioning.
• Manage multiple cybersecurity solutions for delivery in alignment with project requirements.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, providing regular status reporting to the program management team.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Cybersecurity Leadership
• Drive implementation of cybersecurity solutions, including:
• Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) Solution
• Privilege Access Management (PAM) Solution
• Endpoint Security (XDR) solution
• Web Security Gateway (Proxy)
• Email Security Gateway (SEG)
• OT/IoT Intrusion Detection System
• Network Access Control (NAC) Solution (OT, IoT and IT Compatible)
• Network Detection and Response (NDR) Solution
• Centralized Network Monitoring Solution
• IT and OT Patch Management Solution
• Deception Technology
• Vulnerability Management Solution
• Security Orchestration, Automation & Response (SOAR) Platform and Threat Intelligence
• Sandboxing Solution
• Secure Configuration Management & File Integrity Monitoring
• Ticketing and Asset Management Solution
• Single Unified Platform for Integrated Visualization, Analytics and Orchestration (Dashboard, workflow) Solution
• Bi‐Annual Security Assessment (Grey box & Black Box Testing)
• Collaborate with security architects and engineers to ensure technical requirements are properly addressed and executed.
• Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, subcontractors/vendors, and end customers.
• Translate technical cybersecurity concepts into business-friendly language for senior management.
• Risk, Compliance & Governance
• Identify, assess, and manage project-related cybersecurity risks.
• Ensure cybersecurity solutions are align with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Support audit activities and remediation programs.
• Vendor & Resource Management
• Manage third-party security vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
• Monitor vendor performance, contract deliverables, and project outcomes.
• Coordinate internal and external project resources effectively.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree (Good to have).
• Certification
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
Experience
• 10+ years of experience in the field of cybersecurity.
• 5+ years of experience in project management for cybersecurity projects.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams in large scale cybersecurity projects.
Technical Knowledge
• Strong understanding of:
• Cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NCSA, QCF 2022 and IEC 62443
• Network security architectures
• Cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud)
• Security operations and incident response
• Identity and Access Management solutions
• Vulnerability management platforms
• Threat detection and monitoring technologies
• Security compliance and regulatory requirements
Project Management Expertise
• Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
