Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Day to day supervision and daily management of the Quality Management and Standards Team including support to other Group Leaders.

·         Providing data analysis and integrity reports applicable to the various sections with the Weapon Systems Operation Team.

·         The development and training of subordinates.

·         Daily management of the Tornado team’s performance against the HQRSAF Weapon Systems Managers Standards of Performance and the requirements of the QMS.

·         Delivering and demonstrating continuous improvements to RSAF Supply Chain Operations.

·         Assurance and development of RSAF Supply Chain Operations processes and procedures.

·         Represent the Director of Supply at Supply meetings, ensuring that the RSAF viewpoint is well presented and understood and correctly documented and recorded.

Job Requirements:

Essential:

·         Should be educated to Degree or Higher National certificate or Military equivalent.

·         Must hold relevant qualifications in Quality Management certified by a professional training body civilian or military Skill Level 7 RSAF (332X1).

·         Must have a minimum of 3 year’s practical experience in operating Quality Management System

tools.

·         Must have current GOLDesp Experience at least 8 years.

·         Must have a comprehensive understand and experience of ISO9001-2011.

·         Must have a demonstrable understanding of Quality Management principles.

·         Must have a demonstrable experience in Process Control, Continuous Improvement and Lean Principles

·         Must have demonstrable and practical experience of Auditing.

·         Must have demonstrable practical experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Project.

·         Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English language.

Desirable:

·         Knowledge and experience of RSAF Logistics and Supply procedures skill level 9 or bachelor’s degree in business management or computer.

·         Knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Office Access.

·         Knowledge and experience of Military Aviation Authority (MAA) publications.

·         Knowledge and experience of EASA and FAA regulations.

·         Knowledge and experience of ISO 9004 Guidelines for Performance Improvements.

·         Approved ISO 9001 Auditor.
