JOB PURPOSE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join International systems Engineering (ISE), a BAE Systems majority owned joint venture Company as a Solution Architect The successful individual will be working for a company at the forefront of ISE commitment as part of the economic offset companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Working across the ISE Functions and Project Teams will offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of ISE in KSA.
BAE Systems is the UK Government’s nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft and train RSAF personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
To manage, and produce high-end IT network solutions to ISE’s and its corporate clients.
To manage platform physical & Virtual Design
To manage storage and virtual design, and implementing its process
To manage application hosting
To implement, and plan ISE network design. and identify future networking needs, current trends and design and creating proof of concepts on solutions to align with the functional strategy
To implement configuration management. Including, configurations adhering to industry best practices and aligning with the function strategy.
To run Proof-of-Concept design and deployment.
Manage business process that is related to architecting Network, and support team activities and availability within the site, so that team members work in the most optimum way.
Organize and support the team to track project deliverables; to ensure successful results
Act as the point for all communications related to Solution architect, both with internal and external stakeholders, including Services Level Agreements, performance, service targets, human factor and management issues, so that all queries are dealt with and information is given and reported.
Exercises financial authorities at the level established by management for that position. Makes own decisions on matters within the purview of the job and refers major decisions and recommendations to the next higher level of supervision for advice and further handling. Keeping confidential information consists of any of employee, clients and related parties, copyrights and promised copyrights, personal information, business information, and any information that comes out of working in IT function should be maintained by the job holder.
The successful candidate must:
· Education: University or degree equivalent. Holding certificates on IT networking such as CCNP,CCIE or equivalent
· Experience: 5+ years of IT networks experience (minimum 2 years on infrastructure design)
