Responsibilities

·       Provide Customer support liaison on all Intelligence and Targeting Issues. Liaise with customer and user representatives to establish a common understanding of the military context for the J2 ISR capability and requirements. Manage and lead the development of Intelligence training doctrine and CONOPS within a customer team. Lead the development and review of Standing Operational Procedures (SOPs) for the operational use of the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems within a Customer team. Lead, manage and conduct when necessary the Training of the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance System Users including the Operators and the Battle Staff in the delivery of the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Doctrine/CONOPS. Lead the design, development and delivery of a series of (J2) Intelligence courses for senior officers including command post Exercises (CPXs). Lead the development of the RSAF architecture that captures the technical and operational framework of the system utilizing the Intelligence and Targeting Cycles. Manage the day to day running of the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance advisors and instructor’s office.Manage Intelligence and Targeting instructor’s staff tasking and projects. Maintain Intelligence and Targeting Instructors accountability records. Authorized absence.  Instructional duties. Current project analysis. Manage Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Instructors staff workload and deliverables. Advice RSAFJ2 Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance committees when requested, responsible for guidance regarding current RSAF projects, including ISR Alternative, New ISR Projects, all J2 (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) Issues.              Advice RSAF during contract negotiations with all major Intelligence vendors. Liaise with MODSAP/USMTM on behalf of the customer. Manage direct tasking form RSAF ISR Director on Security and Intelligence matters including: Current Security capabilities. Security Advice. J2 Requirements Advice. IV, UAV, ISR, and Targeting issues. Design $ Initiation of Intelligence Database analysis systems. VI. Training development. Asses J2 Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Targeting training requirements and provide planning assistance. Lead the development of training that will be meet RSAFJ2 Intelligence training objectives as agreed by Director of ISR centre. Lead J2 Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance training development including specialist security training. Manage the provision of specialist security and J2 Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance training. Provide first line management to Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance team (Shown in organizational chart. Provide current and relevant military expertise by advising the customer of the optimum operational solutions. Supporting the Customers Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance System requirements at all levels. Provide Security and Counter Terrorism advice to the Directorate of Security including recommendations, review and negotiation of new projects. 

Job Requirements:

·       Retired from RSAF, Recent service in Royal Saudi Air Force as advisor or instructor. Solid background in that area. Advance Intelligence Courses .Recent experience in a Joint Operations Centre in the J2 Role at the Strategic or Operational levels of command.
