Job title: Senior CAD Designer – Electrical

What you’ll be doing:
- Responsibility for producing 3D models of Electrical Systems and Equipment Integration
- Using the CAD toolset to produce 3D models of electrical routed systems and electrical equipment integration e.g. switchboards and power units etc.
- Maturing and developing 2D electrical schematics / system diagrams
- Producing outputs (including 2D drawings and electronic data) to support manufacturing, installation and testing of our products
Your skills and experiences:
- Relevant apprenticeship, engineering qualification or previous experience as an Electrical Designer / Draughtsperson e.g. HNC, ONC or degree qualification in relevant STEM subject or equivalent work experience
- Experience in electrical compartment integration and Engineering Standards at component and sub-component / assembly level
- Knowledge and understanding of electrical routed systems at both 2D and 3D level
- Understanding of CAD toolsets and techniques

We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria. These roles also offer paid overtime, subject to business requirements.
