Salary: £59,491+ depending on skills and experience

Job Description:
Introduce new testers into Spartan and develop the Participant Guide to support onboarding. Update project schedules to reflect the actual defect lifecycle while performing ongoing reporting and scheduling activities. Apply practical problem-solving based on prior experience to address project challenges. Identify, assess, and manage risks to ensure project success, and collaborate with stakeholders to agree on the project approach. Prepare realistic and structured plans, including quality, risk, and communication strategies, to support effective delivery.
Core duties:
- Support the Strategic Test Manager to deliver the Strategic Test Plan
- Support the UAT (user acceptance testing) Manager in developing the baseline test schedule with defect assumptions
- Manage the UAT budget and resources, ensuring that testing activities are adequately funded and staffed to meet project schedule requirements
- Liaise and coordinate stakeholders, both internal & external to Spartan to ensure alignment to meet the project goals
- Create & distribute project reports and key communications, maintaining dashboard and running workshops/meetings to mature test activities
Essential Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of one or more Project Management tools techniques and practices
- Experience of influencing stakeholders typically inside the company to achieve Business success
- Good knowledge of PM governance and assurance processes such as Life Cycle Management (LCM)
- Make judgments, recommendations and advises on analysis of factual information
The Project Spartan Deployment Team:
Responsible for successful implantation across the business of the new ERP system InFor 10.8. This is about bringing multiple systems across the business into one central system to maximise efficiency within the support functions.
