About the OPPORTUNITY
We currently have an opportunity for a Project Controller, ideally based at our Melbourne Central Offices, however we would consider strong candidates from South Australia. The Project Controller is responsible for operating a Project Controls System (PCS), to the WPS Facilities Investment Program Manager and PMO Lead – Facilities Investment, monitor and report on project costs, schedule progress and risk status.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Run Cost and Commitment Reports in Oracle.
- Establish and Maintain Cost Codes in Oracle.
- Assist in Maintaining the Property Asset (Built Environment) & Facilities Investment Plan (IPAFIP).
- Archive WPS Monthly Reports.
- Initiate WPS Monthly Reporting for new Projects, inclusive of Cost Tracking (CBS).
- Maintain Investment Projects SharePoint sites.
About YOU
- Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (essential).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated project or general administration experience is highly regarded.
- Intermediate level skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
- Well-developed self-management skills and demonstrated ability to work with own initiative to deliver outputs to time, quality and cost.
- Currently undertaking or have a relevant tertiary qualification (minimum Cert IV level, Engineering, Commercial or Project Management) desirable.
- Demonstrated schedule experience OR demonstrated cost experience is essential.
