Printing Superintendent

Responsibilities
· Perform duties and delegated tasks from the Supervisor as directed.
· Produce a wide range of TSI literature including but not limited to design layouts for advertisements, stationary, forms broachers, magazines, posters, certificates, newsletters web images and logo/ badge designs.
· Create ideas and concepts then choose the appropriate software and style to meet the objectives.
· Have an understanding of preparing documents for print including large formats for processing on digital and analogue printing machines as well as composer operator machines.
· Good working experience of composer operator machines both digital and mechanical related machines.
· An ability to work with a wide range of media, including photography and video.
Job Requirements:
· Graduation from a standard high school or vocational school supplemented by specialized training in graphic arts and considerable experience in print shops. At least 5+ years’ experience in print shop field.
· Strong written and oral communication in English.
· Proficient software skills in both Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
· 5+Years’ experience with digital production printing in a large services company highly desirable.
· Must be a team player, highly detail-oriented and able to visualize client concepts.
· Proven success working in a fast paced / deadline driven environment.
· Knowledge of print production equipment (Konica Minolta Production Printers and plastic and wire binding, etc.) desirable.
· Excellent attention to the smallest details.
· Responds effectively to challenges, direction, deadlines, and emergencies.
· Flexible and adaptable to a rapidly changing environment while being resourceful and results oriented.
· Strong collaborative, communication, and listening skills.
· Solid and effective time management, organization, and multitasking skillset.
· Knowledge of digital printers and able to perform main duties using latest printing equipment.
· Experience in presentation centre environment and able to hit the ground running strongly desired.
· Graduation from a standard high school or vocational school.
· Specialized training in graphic arts and considerable experience, including 5+ years supervisory experience.
· Technical printing work; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
· A recognised diploma certificate in printing related subject.
