The Integrated Logistic Support Team
The Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Team sits at the core of the UK’s submarine programmes, delivering and assuring the onboard maintenance solutions that keep submarines safe, operational, and ready for service throughout their lives. Responsible for developing and approving the complete maintenance solution—effectively the submarine’s “operating and maintenance manual”—the team provides formal technical sign-off at key milestones, including launch and dive. Working across all current and future submarine programmes within a long-term order book, the team collaborates closely with shipyards, the Ministry of Defence, and industry partners. With a large, specialist team and significant leadership scope, this is a highly influential environment for engineers who want to shape through-life support, apply deep technical expertise, and directly enable the safe operation of submarines for decades to come.
We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
