Responsibilities

·         Ensuring compliance of KFAA AW technical training programme aspects of the H&AT programme within the BAE Systems Operational Framework.

·         To deliver all aspects of KFAA AW technical training programme.

·         To ensure project delivery is conducted in accordance with the SoW.

·         To develop and maintain relationships with key personnel.

·         To provide SME knowledge in support of the commercial aspects of flying and training business.

·         Support the management of the risk and opportunity plans for the H&AT programme.

·         Ensure the application of best practise in project and engineering management to reduce training risk and assure the satisfaction of the customer and business objectives.

·         Support customer, project and contractor training reviews to ensure that training standards are maintained.

·         Monitor the wider BAE Systems Saudi Arabia stakeholders to ensure their contribution meets the required levels of functional and programme support.

·         As required, provide inputs to HQRSAF Quarterly Training Progress Meetings, KFAA 90-day training reviews and Programme Change Management Board (PCMB) meetings.

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 5 years’ experience in training delivery, design and integration.

·         Master’s degree qualified (or equivalent) in an appropriate discipline.

·         Qualified knowledge of academic and technical training delivery and management including associated governance requirements.

·         Experience across the project lifecycle including Life Cycle Management.

·         Experience in the delivery of integrated training solutions.

·         Demonstrated experience managing contractors or vendors in the delivery of complex training requirements to cost, schedule and quality.

·         Experience of the development and application of engineering processes including organisational design, information management, Risk and Opportunity management and training governance.

·         Qualified knowledge of training management.

·         Experience on leading training teams and resolving complex project problems whilst managing customer expectations.

·         Proven capability in managing customers and other programme stakeholders.
