Job Title: Graduate Defence Solutions Project Management Location: Portsmouth Naval Base (Hampshire) Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus What you’ll be doing: This role supports the delivery of projects throughout the full project lifecycle, helping to ensure that customer and user needs continue to be met while planned financial and operational benefits are achieved. The individual assists in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks, applying appropriate project management methods and tools, whether using predictive or adaptive approaches. They contribute to agreeing project approaches with stakeholders, developing realistic project plans, and monitoring progress against schedules while supporting effective stakeholder engagement. The role also involves reviewing project data and analysis to identify areas of success and concern, as well as supporting the management of budgets, quality standards, and schedule adherence to help ensure successful project outcomes. Core Duties: • Able to perform non-complex project reporting and scheduling. As a minimum requirement you must have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in the following subjects:Project Management, Business, Mathematic |
