Salary: £54,793+ depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering complex ERP programmes to plan while managing Systems Integrators and leading SAP implementations as business-driven transformations rather than purely IT initiatives
- Have responsibility for delivery of the project and will include being responsible for the overall management, stakeholder management, change management, SAP implementation/delivery, programme governance, BAE Systems PLC LCM management, risk management, budget & resource management, go-live preparation
- The FalconWorks SAP Project Manager will balance delivery of the immediate project while ensuring alignment and compliance with Group-led strategies, leveraging strong relationships across Group IM&T, Group FC&S, and other central teams
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Have experience of everchanging and developing environments
- AMP PMQ or similar qualification or relevant experience in Project management
- Previous experience of implementation of an ERP systems
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills both internal and external
Desirable
- Have previous experience of working within an engineering or defence background

The Project Team
As an ERP Project Manager, you will join a highly collaborative and forward-thinking team, working together to design and deliver a major S4/HANA transformation for the FalconWorks entity companies. Partnering closely with a Systems Integrator, you will own the delivery plan and execution of the programme, ensuring a smooth and successful transition into service.
You will play a central role in developing new ways of working, leading the implementation of SAP Finance, Payroll, and Stock systems, and shaping how these capabilities are embedded across the business. The role offers end-to-end ownership, from managing third-party suppliers and gathering requirements to delivering focused, high-quality solutions that create real business value.
