Title: Delivery Assurance Manager

Purpose of Role:

To be responsible for the effective delivery of the Hunter Class Frigate Program (HCFP) Combat Systems Integrated Project Team (CSIPT) delivery assurance activities to meet the program objectives and requirements.

This role, whilst reporting into the CSIPT, has a broader function supporting whole of program outcomes..

Major Tasks and Activities:

  • Identify and manage the CSIPT external dependencies, including other IPTs, customer dependencies.
  • Manage and maintain the CSIPT Measurement and KPI program including, the Measurement plan, CSIPT operations centre and metrics pack
  • Manage and lead the CSIPT Actions and Issues including the conduct of frequent Issue reviews, progressing actions and maintenance of the action and issue register.
  • Maintain and improve the CSIPT operating rhythm and drumbeat including the internal and external reporting. Engage with the external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of each.
  • Assure the obligations of the Head Contract are being maintained within the CSIPT including the management of all CDRLs and non-CDRL artefacts.
  • Manage and lead the effective transaction fo technical changes into the Head Contract as required for all CSIPT changes.
  • Support the Delivery Assurance team in the successful delivery of the CSIPT onboarding activities.

KEY CRITERIA:

* Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain

* Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations

PREFERRED LOCATIONS

* Adelaide, SA or Melbourne Central Office, Victoria

COMBAT SYSTEM TRANSITION

This role will be transitioning to the Combat System Integration – Integrated Project Team at the start of July 2026. You can find out more about the CSI-IPT in the attached overview slide and FAQ.
