Role Description:
We have an exciting opportunity performing a critical function within airworthiness where you will be responsible for the integrity of Aircraft Maintenance Documentation (AMD) for both the Australian Defence Force (ADF) Computer Aided Maintenance Management version2 (CAMM2) and BAE Systems Australia Limited Ultramain MRO databases.
You will assist the Production Planner/Scheduler and Maintenance Coordinator with the development of maintenance forecasting of scheduled activities for both Operational Maintenance and Deep-level Maintenance, ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out within the intervals specified by relevant TMP.
Core Duties:
- Monitor accuracy to ensure all AMD used during aircraft maintenance activities complies with relevant regulations, using BAE Systems Australia procedures within the Maintenance Management Plan and DASA regulations
- Forecasting of scheduled maintenance via CAMM2, enabling key stakeholder/s planning for equipment and resource allocation to scheduled maintenance
- Incorporate all appropriate documentation for engineering advice, defect reporting and publication amendments as need arises
- Management of aircraft technical log packs, ensuring reviews are conducted for record security, condition, completeness and accuracy on periodic basis
- Managing maintenance policy under direction from the CAMO and ensuring it is authorised and valid
- Ensuring servicings are carried out within the intervals specified by the relevant Maintenance Policy
- Preparing for and overseeing CAMM2 Down operations
- Provide continuation training, resulting from software revisions, CAMM2 Service Management Instructions (SMIs) or as identified through the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Perform internal MCO audits
- Support night shift & deployed training sites as required
Essential Skills:
- Previous Aircraft Trade experience is essential
- Formal RAAF CAMM2 Data Manager Qualification
- Certificate IV in Aeroskills
- Defence security clearance
- Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations
