Job Title: Data Insights Analyst

Location: Guildford, Preston, Frimley. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £40,000-£48,000 depending on experiences

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the delivery of a large, or small packages of, data projects
• Proposing and implementing proof of concept data solutions to business questions, in preparation for service transition
• Responding to evolving requirements and being adaptable when required
• Working with the Data Architect and key stakeholders to understand data availability, data requirements and design technical solutions
• Drawing insights from data outputs to present back to key internal stakeholders and supporting data users in driving value and insights
• Ensuring that all development is conducted in line with our technical assurance processes
• Coaching and supporting other team members, sharing knowledge and experience
• Ensuring data analytics projects are delivered to time, cost and quality

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Experience of Tableau and Alteryx toolsets or other similar analytics toolsets
• Awareness of data landscapes within business organisations and an understanding of how data sets may interact
• Ability to summarise, present data and conclusions in the most appropriate format for all users
• Holds consultative skills to effectively capture data requirements
• Proactive problem solver with an analytical mindset, inquisitive and methodical

Desirable:

• Relevant numerate or IT degree or equivalent experience
