Responsibilities:

 1. Project Management Integration:

 Ensuring the right level of engagement from and to the Project management function. 

Ensure all projects operations readiness reviews are conducted and all documents, tasks and process are created and handed over to Cyber Operations or Engineering.

2. Security Architecture & Engineering:

Design and oversee the implementation of Security controls across BAE Systems KSA.

Ensure all solutions adhere to the principles of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability and aligned with the requirements of the BAE Systems Group Cyber Security Standards.

3. Security Technology Lifecycle Oversee the evaluation, selection, deployment, and maintenance of cybersecurity tools and platforms (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection).

Ensure continuous improvement and scalability of existing security technologies.

4. Governance, Risk & Compliance Alignment:

Ensure engineering designs align with the requirements of the BAE Systems Group Cyber Security Standards and audit expectations.

Provide evidence of control effectiveness and participate in internal/external audits in BAE KSA Networks.

5. Project Execution & Stakeholder Engagement:

Lead and manage security projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in alignment with business needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, DevOps, Network, and business units.

6. Innovation & Strategic Planning:

Stay current with emerging technologies, threat landscapes based on requirements and aligned with BAE Systems Group Cyber Security Standards.

Define and contribute to the long-term cybersecurity engineering roadmap align with

Security Product, IM&T KSA and Group IM&T.

Job Requirements:

 • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience

• A minimum of 5 plus years of experience in the Cyber Security field, and 3 years in a people management role.

• Competencies required in one or more of the following areas: IT Security, IT Operating Model, Cyber Security Operation.

• Good command of written and spoken English language.

• Practical knowledge in related methodologies including Agile and Project Management methodologies

• Ability to handle multiple task and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment and flexible work hours
