Job Description

Job title: Training Management Coordinator

Location: RAF Leeming.  We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements

Salary: £33,044 dependent on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and supporting training data collection, collation and reporting to provide the wider project and the senior leadership team with metrics highlighting and issues and potential solutions
  • Providing oversight and management of the Part 145 Critical Authorisation management dashboard, Suitably Qualified and Experienced People (SQEP) recording toolset and mandated training matrix
  • Managing and briefing the induction process
  • Ordering, controlling and distributing the company PPE and work wear. Will be required to order and work with suppliers
  • Driving Part 145 Staff development and progression in line with type training, vendor courses, licensing and support and Certifying staff requirements. Aid to progression planning
  • Providing input into the monthly Business Operations and Safety Compliance Assurance Review (SCAR) as required
  • Adding in the induction process when required
  • Demonstrating a flexible and proactive attitude to carrying out responsibilities appropriate to the role and takes direction appropriately

 

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • IT Literate, must be very proficient in the design and manipulation of Powerpoint, Excel and Word
  • Ability to interpret large amount of data and information, to make informed recommendations
  • Previous Project Management or Business Operations experience

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the Part 145 training system
  • Requires broad and in-depth product knowledge/competency within own technical/subject area. Awareness of how the team integrates with others in order to achieve the overall objectives of the area and demonstrates an understanding of the requirement for Authorisations and mandated training requirements.
  • Knowledge of maintenance training and the authorisation process
  • Ensure personal compliance with the risk assessments, SHE policies and procedures

The Qatar Hawk Training Team:

As a Training Management Coordinator, you will be part of the Qatar Hawk Training Team providing maintenance aircraft training from induction through to job authorities for staff to be able to do their jobs/roles from day one.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to work with the Qatar Air Force and the Royal Air Force, interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

There will also be full support from the team and the wider business to progress your career.
