About the OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Application Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimising our digital workplace, enhancing how our people collaborate, and ensuring our M365 environment is secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

This position will be based at our Flinders St location in Adelaide, South Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage, support, and continually improve the Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and related services.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on M365 collaboration capabilities, best practices, and adoption strategies.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective M365 Collaboration and Document Management solutions.
• Develop and maintain governance, security, and compliance controls across the M365 environment.
• Create documentation, training materials, and run user enablement sessions to drive adoption.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and coordinate with vendors as required.
• Support automation and workflow improvements through tools like Power Automate and Power Apps.

About YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM related field or relevant experience
• Experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 in a medium or large organisation.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and security/compliance features.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is highly regarded.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Current NV2 level Australian Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain
