Location: Frimley (Surrey). We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-4 days per week.

Role description 

This role involves supporting and integrating a range of key HR activities, including Learning and Development, People Development, Performance Management, Resourcing and Talent Management. Responsibilities include coordinating Total Talent communications with HR business stakeholders, drafting and producing team presentations, facilitating team meetings, and building effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the business. The role offers valuable exposure to multiple HR disciplines, opportunities to engage with senior leaders across BAE Systems, insight into a wide range of business areas and excellent opportunities for professional HR development and career growth.

•    Support HR projects and activities across areas such as recruitment, learning, talent and employee development.
•    Help prepare communications, presentations and reports for colleagues and stakeholders.
•    Organise meetings, events and team activities to support delivery of key priorities.
•    Build positive working relationships with people across different teams and areas of the business.
•    Use data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
•    Demonstrate strong communication, organisation and a willingness to learn and develop.

Qualification requirements

As a minimum requirement you’ll need to be on track to obtain, a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in the following subjects: Human Resources or Business Management.
