What you’ll be doing:
- Undertaking a range of specialised clerical and administrative duties within a department to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Obtaining, formatting and analysing data from a number of sources to produce reports, schedules, summaries and letters for internal circulation or for customers and suppliers
- Identifying and undertaking investigation into discrepancies with products or services through checking and analysing data and checking back through information flows, within and across departments
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, customers and suppliers and taking personal responsibility where required for certain specified accounts/contacts. Exchanging information to clarify a situation, resolve queries and problems
- Managing and storing technical documentation, ensuring filing systems are kept up-to-date for easy traceability and quick information retrieval
Your skills and experiences:
- Good experience with the use of Document and control management
- Proficiency with both Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
- Team centre experience would be preferable
