Job title: VAS Senior Project Manager

Salary: £54,793+ depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Shaping and delivering against our strategic Integrated Business Plan (IBP)
• Ensuring delivery of IT projects to time, cost and quality
• Ensuring seamless integration between projects, including transition into Business-as-Usual support
• Accurate reporting of project status to team members, leadership and external stakeholders
• Managing customer, partner and supplier relationships
• Effective management of RAID
• Developing and tracking project plans, budget and schedule
• Ensuring business, project and quality management processes are effectively applied across projects

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Application Project Management experience
• Demonstrable experience in IT project / programme management
• Understanding of VAS (Virtual Application Service), Application Packaging and Role Based Profiles (RBACs) and how they integrate
• Previous experience of successful deployment of complex IT solutions especially around software development, VAS or Complex Desktops
• Extensive Stakeholder management experience

Desirable:

• Experience of delivering projects utilising various methodologies – E.G. Waterfall (Prince, PMP), Agile, ITIL
• Experience of IT software development projects and/or organisational change projects
• Experience with Atlassian and Confluence

The Team:

A hybrid team based across Warton and Samlesbury delivering Enterprise Solutions to the AIR Sector. You will working to drive the VAS (Virtual Application Service) into the business and embed as an enduring enterprise service.
