Responsibilities

·         Manage the day-to-day execution of aircraft development project elements and sub-projects.

·         Develop and create Statements of Requirement (SoR) to define technical and operational needs.

·         Draft and maintain Statements of Work (SoW) outlining project scope, deliverables, and responsibilities.

·         Support project planning activities and ensure alignment with the Directorate’s overall strategy and objectives.

·         Coordinate with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure proper integration across all project phases.

·         Monitor progress, risks, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

·         Participate in reviews, audits, and project reporting as part of the Air Systems Directorate’s oversight process.

·         Lead and manage air systems projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

·         Define project objectives, timelines, and resource plans aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.

·         Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, logistics, procurement, and air operations.

·         Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.

·         Ensure compliance with airworthiness standards and military or civil aviation regulations (e.g., GACA, FAA, MIL-STD).

·         Track project performance metrics and prepare regular progress and risk reports.

·         Oversee contractors and suppliers to ensure timely, quality-compliant deliverables.

·         Maintain accurate and complete project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

·         Promote continuous improvement by applying lessons learned from past projects.

 

Job Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Aviation Science, or a related field.

·         Saudi nationality is required.

·         4–6 years of professional experience in project coordination, air systems, or related technical fields.

·         Strong ability to assess and manage risks and opportunities related to RSAF Air Systems requirements.

·         Proficient in project management tools and methodologies; PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

·         Fluent in English, with strong skills in reading, writing, and speaking.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

·         Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in high-paced environments.

·         Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

·         Strong initiative and problem-solving skills in technical and operational contexts.
