Job title: Project Management Professional – Support & Services Change & New Business
Location: Warton or Samlesbury – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £54,793+ depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Change Delivery – Track the internal and external progression of changes within significant change programmes (Target Events) or standalone clearance activities (i.e. SAM’s, MCP’s, RFA’s, ICA’s and Euroject CP’s) for the relevant In-Service platform programme
- Schedule Management – Lead the management of contract changes from inception to delivery (where requested), working closely with the technical leads to develop and drive the change delivery schedule within the Shared Services organisation
- Project Integration – Lead the integration of project deliveries across the Shared Services organisation bringing together outputs from Fast Jet Support, Design and Development and Air Service and producing a coherent output at contract level
- PM Improvements – Drive improvements to the management of all Customer projects in order to deliver major programmes to agreed timescales, including but not limited to the adoption of JIRA task management toolset for the full lifecycle of a Target Event programme, and improvements to project control to increase visibility of cost and schedule performance.

Essential:
- Experience leading others
- Experience of scheduling and process improvement
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively and manage complex and diverse scenarios, focusing on high quality and delivery through others even in high pressured, time critical situations
- Ability to think analytically, to resolve problems and to identify solutions and causes
- Good understanding of change management

The Support & Services Change & New Business team:
The Project Management Professional is responsible for supporting the Customer Relationship Manager on the Middle East Support Contracts and providing a vital integration role across the Service Delivery Organisation.
