Role Description:

The Supply Support Lead is responsible to the Operations Manager for assuring the delivery and coordination of logistics and supply support across the JORN Sustainment contract. The role includes leading a diverse Team across remote locations. Ensures Logistic & Auditing functions are carried out, Calibration Procedures, OEM data, Quality & Safety procedures, and Maintenance Management systems integrity are maintained.

Core Duties:

• Lead logistics operations across all JORN sites in accordance with CoA and BAE Systems Australia policies and procedures.
• Manage supply sustainment activities, stakeholder engagement, and customer relationships.
• Coordinate and prioritise JORN repair activities to support operational requirements.
• Coordinate an asset and inventory audit program across all JORN sites and respond to audit findings and deficiencies.
• Develop, review, and maintain logistics Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Respond to supply risks, emergency escalations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

• Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain the required clearance level. (Essential).
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated experience in inventory and maintenance management systems.
• Strong understanding of logistics & supplier management.
• Strong leadership experience.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience in managing multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
• A very high attention to detail, excellent time management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong experience in all Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
