Salary: 44,600.00+ (depending on skills and experience)

Role description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the ASTRID framework, ensuring effective performance management, coordination of multiple tasks, and stakeholder engagement throughout the full project lifecycle.
Core Duties:
- Manage and deliver activities within the ASTRID framework, ensuring outputs meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and objectives.
- Contribute to ASTRID Project Performance Reviews, providing updates on progress, risks, issues, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple tasks and workstreams within the framework, ensuring alignment and effective delivery.
- Support the full lifecycle of the framework (cradle to grave), including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out activities.
- Engage and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to support effective delivery and maintain strong working relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, delivery approaches, and overall framework performance.
- Support customer engagement, including attending and contributing to customer meetings, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and a positive customer experience.
Essential skills:
- Strong people skills and able to work well with different people with different mindset
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to challenge the norm with the right behaviours
- Able to use Excel

The Head of Frameworks Team:
You will work within a collaborative project delivery team, managing a small project, a defined work package, or supporting a Project Manager on larger initiatives. You may guide and mentor up to two team members, applying project management best practice and supporting continuous improvement across the team.
