Job title: Senior Project Professional-Site and Facilities

Location: Coventry (Home Site) with U.K travel.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Support the continual development and enhancement of site infrastructure
• Support construction projects, enhancing site functionality and sustainability
• Working closely with suppliers and managing the delivery by providers and contractors
• Working knowledge of risk assessments within site infrastructure
• Supporting the management of the financial costs and budget for site facilities

Your skills and experiences:  

Essential

• Previous experience of working in Facilities Management and Site Operations
• Previous experience in contractor management
• Project Management knowledge within a Facilities setting

Desirable

• Facilities Management Qualification
• Project Management Qualification
• SHE Qualification, NEBOSH, IOSH
