Location: Coventry (Home Site) with U.K travel.

What you’ll be doing:
- Support the continual development and enhancement of site infrastructure
- Support construction projects, enhancing site functionality and sustainability
- Working closely with suppliers and managing the delivery by providers and contractors
- Working knowledge of risk assessments within site infrastructure
- Supporting the management of the financial costs and budget for site facilities
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Previous experience of working in Facilities Management and Site Operations
- Previous experience in contractor management
- Project Management knowledge within a Facilities setting
Desirable
- Facilities Management Qualification
- Project Management Qualification
- SHE Qualification, NEBOSH, IOSH
