Job Description
Job title: Senior Project Professional – Delivery
Location: Barrow-in-Furness, two days per fortnight onsite on a rota basis
Salary: From £38,734 – depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
· Working within an Integrated Delivery Team (IDT) encompassing Engineering, Supply Chain and Designers as the main project point of contact
· Support the management of Platform Mechanical workstream throughout its Project lifecycle
· Running system delivery reviews to meet project deliverables/deadlines
· Working alongside project controls, cost estimating and planning representatives
· Working cross functionally to enable project reporting using JIRA and Confluence
· Working with both internal and external stakeholders to engage and influence decisions
· Use problem-solving skills, thinking outside the box and proactively seeking solutions to Project blockers
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
· Good understanding of Planning and working with plans
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
· Proficient with MS Packages, particularly Excel
Desirable:
· Experience with Primavera P6, JIRA, Confluence and Sharepoint
· APMQ or Prince2 qualification, or other specific Project Management qualification
· Understanding of Engineering Design Phases

The Platform Mechanical Systems – Integrated Project team (IPT):
You’ll be working collaboratively alongside the Engineering, Supply Chain and Designers teams. This role provides a massive overview of the project showing the end-to-end process.
