About The Team
The Customer Management Systems team is part of the IT organization, responsible for managing the portfolio of Business Systems that support Customer facing teams (Salesforce, Service Cloud, Marketo etc.) deliver their job more effectively. We work closely with business stakeholders to plan, deliver and support functionality continuously through Agile and DevOps practices.
We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur on permanent basis who can apply strong problem solving and analytical skills to deliver changes and projects for CRM and gain the opportunity to learn variety of systems (apart from Salesforce) such as Sales Cloud, ServiceCloud, CPQ, and Marketing Tools.
About The Role:
• You are responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying scalable and secure Salesforce applications and components.
• You will work closely with product owner, solution architect, technical lead, business analysts, administrators, and other developers to deliver solutions under guidance that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• You will work in a highly collaborative, visible and measured environment and will stimulate experimentation, innovation and continuous improvement.
• You will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce CPQ and learn how the platform is configured for the business.
• You will live and breathe the Agile manifesto and will use processes, tools and culture to continuously improve what they do and how they work for the delight of the customer. Adding value everyday will be a key goal.
• Participate in Solution Design process and run system demo to business stakeholders.
What You Will Be Doing
As part of the Salesforce Product Team, you will:
• Developing, configuring & supporting new and existing functionality of our Internal Salesforce Platform including custom objects, custom fields, formulas, workflows, processes & flows, page layouts, validation rules, assignment rules, and analytics.
• Manages Salesforce.com administration, including but not limited to user roles, security, profiles, fields/relationships, workflow rules, processes & flows, page layouts, validation rules, email templates, custom buttons.
• Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow code under the guidance of senior developers.
• Debug and troubleshoot basic issues in existing code.
• participate in peer code reviews and implement feedback.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
• Support QA in testing phases and resolving issues.
• Work closely with senior developers, technical lead, solution architect, and other team members to deliver features and continuously improve delivery
• Documents technical business requirements /problems into format that business can understand and works with the Product Owner in the development of Business Cases and Best Practice solutions.
• Contribute to protecting the products from technical debt and process debt and designs the system architecture to adapt to future change.
• Responsible for production deployments and product/feature demo.
Minimum Qualification, Experience & Key Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• With 0 -1 year of Hands-on experience with Salesforce development (e.g., Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Process Builder, Flow) / in a similar role as developer background that works on Web Application, familiar with Java & Java Script.
• Knowledge in object-oriented programming, Java, SQL.
• Capable of quickly learning new systems, tools, and methodologies.

Additional Skills Required
• Certified as a Salesforce developer is a plus.
• Previous experience working under Agile, Scrum, Kanban
