Job Title: Resource Specialist

Salary: £33,044
What you’ll be doing:
- You will be supporting all tactical resourcing activities across the programme, including vacancy management and integration of data (through use of databases & dashboards)
- Involved in coordinating vacancy paperwork, ensuring it is completed correctly, funding is approved and business processes and policies are followed
- Ensure you are developing relationships with key Stakeholders, Line Managers and cross functional interfaces
- Ensuring GDPR guidelines are adhered to throughout recruitment and reporting activities
- Supporting the demand coordination and resource planning for short, medium and long term requirements
- In conjunction with the Resource Lead – support the coordination & integration of the yearly 5-year Integrated Business Planning submission
- You will provide accurate, timely resource reports and packs for functional and line of business meetings using latest business tools
- This role will require you to work in an integrated team functional team across the Air UK landscape, sharing best practice
- Support continuous approach to process improvements, to deliver efficient and effective resourcing services
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Microsoft Suite especially Microsoft Excel
- Ability to interpret large amount of data and information, to make informed recommendations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
- Ability to establish relationships with multiple stakeholders, across multiple levels of the organisation and dispersed in geographical locations
Desirable:
- Knowledge of resourcing/recruitment
- Project Management experience
