Job title: Project Manager PMO – People Capability
Location: Glascoed, Radway Green or Washington;
Salary: £53,928 per annum
What you’ll be doing:
Co-ordination of resource demand activities through Tactical Workforce Planning and Strategic Workforce Planning reviews driving accurate demand data. Support and training to PM Community on resource demand process and collaboration with Engineering Maintain accurate 5 year forecast for PM headcount and recruitment strategy Maintain PM supply data and support recruitment across PM Community as required Deliver and maintain the functional talent management strategy, identifying Critical Skills and a Succession pipeline - Coordination of project management training and professional accreditation against budget for Corporate and Business Unit courses, ensuring the PM Community are SQEP
Functional leadership of early careers pipeline including PM Apprentice and Graduate recruitment, functional line management, placements and development
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
Experience in a Project Management Office, Project Management environment or a project delivery support role People management and leadership skills including development of workforce Experience of working within a resource demand management
Desirable:
Supportive, empathetic and capable of building effective working relationships at all levels of the business and across functional boundaries Experience of managing budgets Management of early careers population

The Land UK Project Management team:
As part of the role, you will provide the tactical and strategic management of people resources to meet the current and future needs of Project Management within Land (UK). Key success criteria of the role will be defined by projects being fully resourced with the right people capability to meet all current and future demands of the business. You will ensure the development of PM resource and capability planning through analysis of current competencies against requirements and the development and provision of appropriate L&D and resourcing solutions. This role will provide you with the opportunity to be part of a centralised Project Management Office that has functional responsibility for Project Management toolsets, Governance & Assurance, Risk Management and People Capability.
