Salary: Circa £50,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing
- You will be leading the Product Fulfilment projects team on pipeline and demand discussions with key stakeholders whilst collaborating with Functional representatives, Programme leads and the Architecture Team to understand and capture our future project pipeline in accordance with the planned / unplanned criteria
- Collaborating with the Project Management Office on project mobilisation activities – including the continuous improvement of existing mobilisation processes
- Ensuring that all project mobilisation activities are managed and delivered in line with the committed 5-year business plan
- Supporting Portfolio Reviews and Functional Business Relationship Manager Reviews
- Managing and developing project tailoring statements in line with the established Lifecycle Management process
- Ensuring the smooth hand over of mobilised projects to the Project Manager for overall delivery phase
Your skills and experiences
- Experience gained within business change and/or project delivery – either in a Project Management capacity or a Business Winning capacity
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Life Cycle Management/APM)
- Competent understanding of financial and budgetary management concepts within a portfolio/project environment and creation of Business Cases
- Strong interpersonal, communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to influence clients and stakeholders and apply good judgment in both routine and complex problem-solving situations.

The Product Fulfilment Project Delivery team
This is an exciting time to join our team and play a key part in the delivery of a wide ranging portfolio of projects, whilst working closely with Manufacturing, SHE and key programme teams across the business. Our work is directly connected to the products we support, giving us strong visibility and real business impact. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria
