Salary: £54,793.00+ depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing
- Playing a key role in deploying and embedding the SAP S/4HANA capability across the FalconWorks entities
- Collaborating closely with teams within the Procurement Service Delivery Unit (SDU) and cross-functional stakeholders to support implementation activities within entities, recommend process and solution enhancements, and drive the delivery and sustained embedding of projects related to the SAP S/4HANA capability
- Partnering with stakeholders across FalconWorks and entity companies to ensure ongoing alignment with the wider Group-level digital transformation
- Working across current and future systems to ensure robust data management practices and effective control mechanisms at all levels
- Supporting entities and their line managers in defining and delivering the SAP S/4HANA implementation through cross-functional collaboration to achieve project outcomes and realise business benefits
- Assisting with the measurement, reporting, and forecasting of data management and control activities.
Your skills and experiences
- Knowledge of the SAP S/44HANA ERP system
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- A continuous improvement mindset, demonstrated through experience in identifying and implementing improvements, solving problems, and collaborating effectively – ideally within a Procurement or similar environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to compile, interpret, and present data-driven recommendations through clear reports and presentations
Desirable:
- Previous experience of working on Change/ Transformation projects
- Previous experience of implementing an ERP system
- MCIPS or equivalent professional qualification and/or Qualified to Degree standard or equivalent

Join a growing, specialist team within Air Procurement, focused on driving digital transformation and technology capability. Reporting into the Air Procurement Technology Group Leader, you’ll collaborate across the Procurement SDU and wider business to deliver process improvements, enable data alignment, and support ERP transformation initiatives.
This is a unique team with specialist skills, subject matter expert opportunities, and clear progression as the team expands.
