Job title: Principal Quality Engineer – Process Management/Technology
Location: Barrow-In-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

What you’ll be doing:
· Process Management
· Facilitation of process development across the Submarines business
· Providing process management support and consultation to a wide range of stakeholders in support of continuous improvement
· Leading and driving Quality technology and investment portfolio
· Identification of new ways of working, focusing on digitisation of the Quality function
· Undertake routine, non-routine & complex Quality Assurance activities & tasks, able to access and have a clear understanding of and develop Local Management System Documentation
· Ensuring deliverables are achieved and LfE is captured and applied, support departmental reviews and liaise with stakeholders when required
· Support the delivery of results via continuous improvement activities, Using & analysing information from across the business to prevent issues from occurring

The Process Management team:
You will work as a fully contributory member of the Quality team , responsible for demonstrating SHE and responsible business behaviours. You will report to the Quality Lead and provide support to Early Careers on rotation through Quality roles.
