Job Title: Principal Operations Engineer – Asset Compliance
Location: Barrow-in-Furness – we offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements
Salary: From £38,734
What you’ll be doing:
· Managing and understanding risk associated with assets within the business; allowing planning for mitigation activities
· Updating ongoing configuration of ARM database with input from engineering authority
· Communicating effectively with the team, management, contractors, and customers
· Producing documentation accordingly, e.g. Process instructions
· Developing efficient customer relations with other areas of the business and external customers
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
· Experience of Active Risk Manager (database), ability to configure and write reports
Desirable
· Understanding of Asset Management principles, ISO55000
· Understanding of risk management ISO31000

The Asset Compliance team:
As a part of the Asset Compliance team, you will be responsible for the process between the project and the end user, ensuring that is it fit for purpose and there are no errors. This is an exciting and early opportunity to join a small newly developed team, tasked with ongoing understanding of significant infrastructure assets, whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.
