Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Rochester; Kent

Salary: Circa £38,000 depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively manage complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements across multiple time zones, adapting to constantly changing priorities
  • Arrange UK and international travel (flights, rail, accommodation), ensuring compliance with company policy and cost effectiveness
  • Manage Directors’ email inboxes, filtering, prioritising and taking appropriate action on correspondence
  • Prepare high-quality documentation including presentations, meeting packs, agendas, action logs, correspondence and briefing materials
  • Coordinate and support regular meetings, tracking actions and following up on key deliverables
  • Manage and support small projects as directed, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
  • Liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, visitors and partners
  • Support expenses, site visits and on-site events, and collaborate with the wider PA team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Your skills and experiences:

  • Proven experience providing executive-level secretarial and administrative support to Directors or senior leaders
  • Demonstrable experience managing business administration processes, including diary management, correspondence, meeting requests and workflow coordination
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple, conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment

The Business Operation Team:

This is a central and varied role supporting the senior management team within an international operating group. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Electronic Systems UK Directors, enabling them to focus on delivering their business objectives effectively. You will work as part of a supportive and collaborative PA team, where no two days are the same and teamwork is key.
