Job title: Manufacturing Support Coordinator

Salary: Up to £34,800 depending on qualifications and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Attend and actively participate in daily SQCDP meetings, collaborating with Operations to ensure process readiness for start-up and shut-down in accordance with the manufacturing schedule
- Work closely with the Process Leader to identify training requirements for personnel, develop training plans, and conduct initial training for operatives on process start-up
- Assist in reviewing and validating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for process start-up, providing suggestions for improvements as needed
- Maintain accurate training records and visual management boards in compliance with company policy, ensuring team members are well-informed about available training sessions
- Conduct assessments to identify gaps in competencies and training, supporting line managers in addressing training needs for their teams
- Ensure adherence to building closure processes after production runs by following established protocols
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Strong organizational skills for planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and database software
- Trained assessor
- Knowledge of CI TOOLS
Desirable:
- ERP literacy or a good ability to learn new systems
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Skills

The Manufacturing Team:
We are seeking an enthusiastic self-driven person to take over this role. This is a TC grade role that will involve ensuring the correct start up and shutdown of processes, the training and assessment of personnel, across the site, whilst liaising with the Manufacturing Engineering and Process Leaders population.
The above position will require use of SAP, Teamcenter and other Microsoft office packages of which training can be provided.
