Job Title: Manufacturing Product Manager
Location: Samlesbury
Salary: £61,110+
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a diverse Production team to deliver often complex programme schedules to cost constraints whilst not compromising Safety or Quality standards
- Integrating and aligning your team against key objectives, linking to strategic business performance and Company goals
- Effectively managing differing, and sometimes conflicting, priorities of your team and/or business area, utilising judgement and experience to determine resolutions
- Reporting to key business stakeholders on the performance of your team; identifying trends, potential problems or opportunities in which cost, or performance can be improve
- Continuously look for ways to increase efficiency in processes, reduce waste and improve product quality
Essential:
- Proven experience of working within a Manufacturing delivery environment
- Strong leadership competence with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Desirable:
• HNC (or above) equivalent qualification or experience in Engineering/Operations Management
