Position Overview:

As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crutial role in supporting and optimising our Salesforce environment. You will work closely with our Salesforce team to maintain and enhance the platform, ensuring its reliability and functionality. This is an excelent opportunity for an entry-level proffesional with a passion for technology and a desire to grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.

About the team:

The Salesforce (CRM) team is responsible for managing the portfolio of Business Systems that support Customer facing teams (Salesforce – Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, CPQ, RFPIO, Litmos, etc.) deliver their job more effectively. We work closely with business stakeholders to plan, deliver and support functionality continuously through Agile and DevOps practices. We are looking for a talented Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our team on permanent basis who can apply strong problem solving and analytical skills to support our Salesforce users and ensure the platform is realising full potential for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in configuring, maintaining and optimising our Salesforce platform and related systems (RFPIO, Litmos).

• Create and manage users, profiles and roles.

• Assist with data import, export and data quality initiatives.

• Assist in building and maintaining reports and dashboards.

• Provide end-user support, training and troubleshooting.

• Assist with system updates, enhancements and integrations.

• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and industry trends.

Your skills and experience:

• Batchelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interest in Salesforce administration and CRM systems.
• Excelent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A team player with a positive attidute and a willingless to learn.
• Salesforce Administrative certification (ADM201 or similar) is a plus.
