Location: Guildford (UK), hybrid
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting delivery of IT programmes
- Leading business analysis execution
- Accountable for delivery of all business analysis activity and artefacts
- Taking responsibility for review of business analysis processes and decisions compliance
- Requirements engineering
- Development of IT business analysis and IT demand management strategy
- Managing stakeholder relationships
- Maintaining technical knowledge
- Supervising technical business analysis consultancy
Your skills and experiences:
- Significant experience in the delivery of key projects across the Solution Definition Design and Delivery skill sets
- Leads by example, listening attentively, and showing empathy
- Thinks tactically and strategically to solve business challenges
- Highly empathetic and able to vary styles of interaction
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning and execution skills
