About the OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for an Integration and Interoperability Manager to join our AUKUS Program based at Adelaide.

We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as hybrid working.

Reporting to the Data and Analytics Manager, you will be leading a team of Integration professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Architect and manage system integrations, APIs, and interoperability frameworks.
• Lead development and governance of reusable integration patterns and middleware.
• Ensure seamless, secure data exchange across system, geographic and security boundaries.
• Implement quality control, audit logging, data monitoring, and failover mechanisms.
• Collaborate with security to embed zero-trust principles and encryption in transit.
• Manage integration with legacy systems and third-party vendors under compliance guidelines.

About YOU

• Demonstrated experience working as an Integration Manager with proven track record of successfully leading a team of Integration professionals
• Degree level qualification in Data Engineering / Data Science
• Demonstrated experience with cloud and on-premise data integration solutions
• Demonstrated experience with data flow quality patterns across diverse geography and latency
• Defence Security clearance or eligibility to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance & ITAR clearance required
