What you’ll be doing:
- Planning and oversight of the implementation of security controls around key contractual and regulatory requirements as well as mitigating critical cyber and insider risks to information
- Supporting the investigation process of Information Security Incidents and ensuring that Security incidents are recorded and tracked to resolution with closure of all actions/recommendations
- Participating in security assurance work and audits to meet Government regulatory requirements and Industrial certification (GDPR, ISO, etc.)
- Ensuring that Business Unit Information Security controls conform to Company Security Standards
- Providing advice and guidance for programme security implementation to meet customer, government, and other requirements
- Cross-sector collaboration to identify and mitigate supply chain security risk to information
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Relevant degree / equivalent in Security or Information Technology related subject or relevant practical experience
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems, local area network, etc.) and security controls
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of Information Security principles and processes (ISO27001/2, NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-82)
Desirable:
- Industry recognized Information Security or audit qualification or working towards (e.g. MSC, CISM, CISSP or ISO270001 Auditor/Lead Auditor)
- Experience in a similar role within the defence industry or a similar high hazard regulated industry (oil/gas/banking)

The Land Security Team:
As an Information Security Analyst on the Land Security team, you will assist with the management of Information Security throughout the Land UK Business unit. There will be a focus on Operational Technology and Industrial Controls Systems, and you will be reporting into the Information Security Officer. This role will give you the opportunity to gain a good understanding of how the business works.
