Job Title: Industrialisation Human Capital & Education Manager

Salary: £54,793+ Depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and support across HC&E for the KSA market and Engineering with a primary focus on engineering
- Lead and manage the HC&E team by working with functions, colleagues, and stakeholders across the enterprise
- Drive key developments and priorities in the Air sector for skills, education, and capability solutions linked to HC&E KSA market and Engineering
- Oversee HC&E Industrialisation projects through collaboration and direction of virtual teams for the KSA market and Engineering
- Identify project opportunities or issues to improve or address delivery risks, ensuring alignment with customer milestones and plans
- Engage stakeholders across lines of business and functions for the KSA market and Engineering with a focus on developing skills, education, and training in a dynamic international environment
Your skills and experiences:
- Extensive experience and knowledge of principles and workings of one or more engineering disciplines with sound understanding of skills, capabilities, training, and development solutions
- Strong knowledge of engineering competencies, technologies, and working practices with drive and commitment to see tasks through to completion
- Proven ability to use initiative and creativity to overcome complex problems while being an excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships combined with excellent team leadership and management experience
- Trusted to deliver on commitments and conduct themselves with integrity at all times
- Proficient in toolsets such as Microsoft Office
