Job Description
Job title: Inventory Forecasting and Planning Aggregation Manager
Location: Warton/Samelsbury
Salary: £60,000
What you will be doing:
• Supporting the development of, and lead the in-depth assessment of all extant AIR sector S&R Planning capabilities
• Leading the development of a new S&R Planning (Inc. IF&P, demand aggregation and Inventory optimisation) benchmarked capability which includes Process, Data, Toolsets, People, Cost and Performance criteria to meet the agreed requirements of the LoB’s contracted performance and financial targets
• Leading the team and manage the development of the funded S&R Planning improvements through to acceptance testing and subsequently implemented through a multi-phased deployment plan across the Air Sector LoB’s
• Developing a governance framework to ensure that the deployed capabilities can be assured through their operational usage
• Coordinating the assessment of their effectiveness ensure that the capabilities are continuously improved to ensure they meet the requirements as baselined and updated to meet the evolving strategy
Your skills and experiences:
• Good people skills and evidence of leading cross functional skillsets and virtual teams
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills with evidence of influencing stakeholders
• Evidence of being able to deliver project end results and contribute to the planning, budgeting and resource management
• Problem solving issues across the domain demonstrating they can understand, analyse, prioritise and validate complicated issues

The Solutions development team:
As a part of Solution and development team you will be responsible for the business management of the Inventory Forecasting & Planning and Aggregation (IF&P) application(s). The role will provide the leadership and be responsible for all support and changes required to provide the appropriate level of service to all lines of business within Air. The role will provide SME advice to Air Sector on all IF&P activities.
