What you will be doing
As a Commercial Higher Apprentice, you will be involved in the bidding, negotiating, drafting, supporting and delivery of a number of contracts and commercial agreements that provide an overarching commercial framework through which BAE Systems can deliver world class capabilities to its customers. 
You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring that contractual proposals to BAE Systems customers are priced, developed and approved in line with the corporate strategy. 

To perform this role you will undertake a 3 year commercial and procurement training programme, including academic learning and on the job training across multiple placements. The apprenticeship will help you understand the Submarines business and how commercial links with other functions to deliver world class product contracts. 

As well as Commercial training and development you will study for a Commercial Procurement and Supply Chain qualification Level 4.
