What you will be doing Our Finance Apprenticeships are designed as an entry level role into the Accountancy arena; you will study towards your Level 3 and Level 4 AAT qualification whilst doing a real job and earning a competitive salary from day one. At this level you will look at and become comfortable with a wide range of financial management skills and applications. You will gain competencies in drafting financial statements for limited companies, recommending accounting systems strategies and constructing and presenting complex management accounting reports. You will also learn about specialist areas such as tax, auditing, credit and debit management and cash and financial management. Key themes have also been introduced throughout the suite of accounting qualifications, including technology, ethics, sustainability and communication. On our Finance Higher Apprenticeship, you’ll complete AAT qualification this will be studied alongside the relevant skills and behaviours to be successful in your role. To complement your studies, the Apprenticeship has been designed to expose you to a variety of Finance roles. Each role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your finance and business acumen skills as well as growing your soft skills. For the duration of the scheme, you’ll work towards your apprenticeship whilst rotating around some core areas within Finance and studying through day release. The AAT Apprenticeship is currently delivered by Gower College which is held on campus with a mixture of day release and online delivery. What Qualification will you get?
